Marrakech flat basket S-L

Marrakech flat basket. Baskets with leather ears. Handmade by our artisan in Morocco.

This fine crafted product is braided by hand in a fishers town called Essaouira. Originally the baskets were used to stock the fish, but we use the baskets to store all other kinds of products. The products start with a greenish color, but after time the color of the seagrass becomes more yellow. It ages beautifully over time.
